Refund and Returns Policy

At Happy Mind Toys, your family’s satisfaction is our top priority. If you or your little ones are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a hassle-free 30-day return process.

1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your package. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging (including all parts, accessories, and user guides).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) is required.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging all our toys to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Dylan@happymindtoys.com with photos or a short video of the issue. We will issue a free replacement or a full refund immediately without requiring you to return the damaged item.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our customer service team at Dylan@happymindtoys.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with step-by-step instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original box and ship it back using a trackable postal service.

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • Quality Issues / Wrong Item Sent: We cover all return shipping costs or issue a full refund/replacement.
  • Personal Preference (Change of Mind): Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) within 3–5 business days.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or updated free of charge within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return upon receipt.
